Carrie Baron is the Founding Partner of Carrie Baron & Associates. Mrs. Baron provides a wide range of tax services to clients including real estate developers and investors, family businesses, law firms, medical practices, and high net-worth family groups. Additionally, she has consulted on various international issues including structuring of inbound and outbound investments, treaty exemptions, FIRPTA, withholding taxes, and late FBAR filings.
Mrs. Baron’s experience includes managing and supervising tax and consulting engagements, including compliance reviews and tax planning for a wide range of businesses.Additionally, she has consulted on business planning and restructuring, tax compliance for partnerships, payroll, sales and use taxes, and high net-worth individuals.
Mrs. Baron has been working with family businesses for more than 10 years. She assists with setting up family office structures and understands the complexities and dynamics involved with a family business. Mrs. Baron has assisted clients with transitioning to future generations as well as participated in annual family meetings to review company performance and discuss tax-planning opportunities.
Carrie is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the State of Florida.
